My name is Lenore
Schneider and I am an artist whose dreams have come
true. In 1997, I was able to retire to my own fine art
gallery/open studio
in Hull, Massachusetts.
This
unique gallery, Art on the Avenue, is now my studio, my
husband’s studio and our home.
It is open to the public by appointment or by chance where
we share our breathtaking 360 degree views of the
Atlantic Ocean, Boston Harbor Islands, Boston Light and
Allerton Bay.
The scenery and salt air
have inspired my photography, paintings and drawings.
My Past & Present:
Then: Retired: Art Teacher, Interior
Designer, Set Designer
Now: Gallery Artist: South Shore Art Center,
Cohasset
Founding Member/Past
President: Hull Artists Studio Connection
I invite you to enjoy my
art work as well as the art work of my husband
Bill Smyth
who
creates pen and ink sketches and watercolors of local
scenes.
We also feature the work of Theo Page
whose painted furniture is influenced by her work in the
Peace Corps on the
Ivory Coast.
| I
hope you will stay a while, have some tea on one of the
decks and breathe in the magnificent salt air. All
visiting artists are welcome to visit the
Use My
Studio page where you will find more
information about doing your own art work here. |
